Celebrity Co-Chairman Announced!
Gibson Guitar announced several enhancements to the Orlando GuitarTown project including celebrity endorsements and visual artists who will participate in the public arts project. Joey Fatone, best known as a member of the pop group N'Sync and as a popular television personality has joined the Orlando GuitarTown project as the Celebrity Co-Chairperson. As Co-Chairperson of the Orlando GuitarTown project presented by Gibson Guitar, Fatone will help raise funds for four Orlando based charities and provide creative input to the project during its launch and gala events to follow its display throughout the city of Orlando, Florida.

The Central Florida Commission on Homelessness was created in February 2008 to enact initiatives proposed in Ten2End, a 10-year plan to end homelessness in the region .

Parramore Kidz Zone
Parramore Kidz Zone was modeled after the well-known Harlem Children's Zone in New York City. PKZ aims to lower teenage pregnancy, juvenile crime and child abuse rates among children in the neighborhood and improve their school performance.
